The plan changes described in this post (Scale with Azure, Alpha add-on accounts) were an intermediate step in our pricing evolution. ColdSend has since been simplified to three tiers — Growth ($79/mo), Scale ($129/mo), and Agency ($199/mo) — each with a BYOA/DFY toggle. Add-on slots on Agency are now $49/mo (BYOA) or $99/mo (DFY). See our current pricing or the updated pricing explained blog for details.
Two changes: lower entry point for pre-warmed IPs, higher ceiling for scale.
What's New
Scale plan ($79) now includes one Azure account
You can now connect Azure ACS on the Scale plan. This gives you 4 domains with pre-warmed IPs — 400 inboxes sending up to 50K emails per month.
Before: Scale was external inboxes only. Now: Scale = 1 Azure account + unlimited external inboxes.
Alpha plan ($249) now supports add-on accounts
Need more pre-warmed IP capacity? Add Azure accounts for $100/month each. Each account adds ~96K emails/month and covers 4 more domains.

How Domain Math Works
If you have 10 domains on Scale:
- 4 domains on Azure (pre-warmed IPs, 50K limit)
- 6 domains need external inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, SMTP)
If you have 10 domains on Alpha with 2 add-ons (3 total accounts):
- 12 domains covered on Azure
- All 10 of your domains are covered
