They're sequencers. You buy the sequencer, then buy infrastructure separately, per mailbox, from another vendor. ColdSend is both in one place. No per-mailbox fees. If you ever burn a domain, simply swap in a new one, and create new mailboxes; no need to pay for the whole setup each time.
You bring your domain and connect it with ColdSend, and create the mailboxes inside our platform without any charge. We handle all DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). You can also import existing Google, Outlook, or SMTP inboxes on any plan, no limit.
IPs come pre-warmed. But domain reputation is still your responsibility. Use aged domains (30+ days old) whenever possible. If your domain is fresh, start under 100 emails/day or put it on warmup first. One spam report on a brand-new domain can permanently damage it.
Yes, but we don't advise it due to rate-limit issues. If you're adamant: export from the Sender Accounts tab as a CSV to get SMTP and IMAP credentials. Use them in Smartlead, Instantly, or any email client but you'll lose the hourly-limit compliance and IP rotation our sequencer provides.
You lose access to mailboxes. You can request us to keep your Azure tenant, billed separately. Talk to us if you have questions.
We are built on top of Azure Communication Services which provisions well-reputed, US-based IPs, unlike the Outlook license exploit you may have run into. These IPs are self-managed by Azure and replaced automatically. If your Outlook infra ever gets blacklisted, you have to start from scratch. With ACS, you don't need to do that. Simply swap in a new domain and get going again.
Yes, you can select all types of mailboxes in your campaigns and our sequencer will automatically rotate and match ESPs with your leads to ensure best deliverability.
