Create a ColdSend webhookIn ColdSend, go to Settings → Webhooks and create an endpoint. Subscribe to the events you want to use in Zapier.

Create a Zapier Catch HookIn Zapier, choose Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook. Copy the unique webhook URL Zapier provides.

Connect ColdSend to ZapierPaste the Zapier webhook URL into your ColdSend webhook endpoint settings. Send a test event to verify the connection.

Build your workflowMap ColdSend event fields to actions in other apps, or use the API Request action to push data back into ColdSend.
