# ColdSend

> ColdSend is a cold email infrastructure and sequencing platform built for agencies and lead generation teams. It eliminates IP warmup through Azure ACS pre-warmed infrastructure, offering 400 inboxes from day one at a flat monthly rate. The platform includes a native sequencer, real-time deliverability monitoring, reply handling, and AI integrations via API and MCP.

ColdSend solves the fundamental bottleneck in cold email: infrastructure setup and warmup. Instead of requiring users to buy domains, configure DNS, and wait 3-6 weeks for IP reputation to build, ColdSend provisions Azure Communication Services (ACS) mailboxes on the customer's own Azure tenant. These inboxes use pre-warmed dedicated IPs and are ready to send immediately.

The platform supports three usage modes:
- **Starter** ($39/mo): Import existing Google Workspace, Outlook, or SMTP inboxes and send up to 10,000 emails/month.
- **Scale** ($79/mo): Includes one Azure account slot (up to 4 domains, 400 inboxes, zero warmup) plus unlimited imported inboxes, 50,000 sends/month, and full API access.
- **Alpha** ($249/mo): Unlimited sends (up to 10M/month), unlimited imported inboxes, additional Azure slots at $99/mo each, priority support, and early feature access.

Key differentiators include infrastructure ownership (your Azure tenant, your IPs), no per-client workspace fees, flat-rate pricing at scale, native campaign sequencing with variant support and Liquid syntax, real-time bounce and reputation monitoring, unified reply handling, and AI tool integrations (Claude Code, MCP, Clawdbot/Moltbot) on Scale and Alpha plans.
