# ColdSend

> ColdSend is a cold email infrastructure and sequencing platform built for agencies and lead generation teams. It eliminates IP warmup waiting through Azure ACS pre-warmed infrastructure, offering 400 inboxes from day one at a flat monthly rate. The platform includes a native sequencer, real-time deliverability monitoring, reply handling, and AI integrations via API and MCP.

ColdSend solves the fundamental bottleneck in cold email: infrastructure setup and IP warmup. Instead of requiring users to buy domains, configure DNS, and wait 3-6 weeks for IP reputation to build, ColdSend provisions Azure Communication Services (ACS) mailboxes on the customer's own Azure tenant. These inboxes use pre-warmed dedicated IPs and are ready to send immediately—no IP warmup needed.

The platform supports three plans, each with a BYOA (Bring Your Own Azure) or DFY (Done For You) toggle:
- **Growth** ($79/mo BYOA or $99/mo DFY): 100,000 emails/month, 1 Infra Bundle slot (4 domains, 400 inboxes), full sequencer, unlimited leads.
- **Scale** ($129/mo BYOA or $179/mo DFY): 100,000 emails/month, 1 slot, plus full API + AI tools, warmup, and 4 team seats.
- **Agency** ($199/mo BYOA or $299/mo DFY): 200,000 emails/month, 2 slots (8 domains, 800 inboxes), all features, 10 team seats, and add-on slots at $49/mo (BYOA) or $99/mo (DFY) each.

Key differentiators include infrastructure ownership (your Azure tenant, your IPs), no per-client workspace fees, flat-rate pricing at scale, native campaign sequencing with variant support and Liquid syntax, real-time bounce and reputation monitoring, unified reply handling, and AI tool integrations (Claude Code, MCP, Clawdbot/Moltbot) on Scale and Agency plans.
